How long does it take to set up an inflatable?
 
 
Set up of an inflatable takes approximately fifteen minutes. This can vary slightly depending on the size of the unit.
What happens if it is raining on the day?
 
 
Bounce About offers a completely free rain cancellation option whereby you can cancel your booking in cases of bad weather up to an hour prior to the agreed delivery time, we will refund your hire charge in full. We appreciate it if you can give us as much notice as possible of any cancellation.
What sort of surface do you need for the inflatable?
 
 
Inflatables situated outdoors need to be set up on a flat grassy area to ensure that the unit can be staked down.
Do I need to supply anything?
 
 
All we require is a standard three pinned socket to be located within fifty metres of the site where the inflatable is to be situated. It would be very helpful if you could ensure that access is cleared prior to our arrival.
Are there any specific requirements for the inflatable's location?
 
 
If the inflatable is to be situated outside, we require it to go on a grassy area to ensure we are able to peg the unit securely into the ground. We can erect inflatables on slight slopes.
Can I hire an inflatable item overnight?
 
 
Yes. Bounce About does hire most of its inflatables out overnight for an additional £30.00 on the day hire price. We will pick up the inflatable the following morning. If units are to be used at night, they are required to be well lit for safety reasons.
Will I have to supervise the unit?
 
 
Yes. Bounce About hires out its units on the understanding they will be supervised by a responsible adult at ALL times they are being used. You will receive a copy of our disclaimer form in the post along with confirmation of your hire which contains important safety information.
